Participants will roll up their sleeves to bake delicious cookies and fluffy cupcakes from scratch, then learn how to craft their own chocolate decorations to make each treat unique. Alongside the baking fun, everyone can get crafty with sparkling jewel art and design their own colourful sun catchers to take home. This hands-on day combines cooking, creativity and skill-building — and best of all, participants get to enjoy and keep everything they’ve made.	$10.00
Old-World Explorers: A Day of Discovery & Play	23-09-25	Tuesday	Step back in time and spark your sense of adventure! Discover the secrets of 100-year-old buildings at Beenleigh Historical Village, then dive into a morning of exciting games — from a giant parachute and bean bag challenges to a treasure hunt, hula hoops, and skipping rope fun. Finish the day with a relaxing picnic lunch, tasty snacks, and refreshing drinks under the open sky.	Child 6-17 years $15 + Lunch supplied
Mix, Make & Bounce: A Hands-On Science Adventure	24-09-25	Wednesday	Get ready for a hands-on science adventure! Mix, pour, and experiment as you make your very own super bouncy ball to take home. Discover how simple ingredients can create something amazing, and learn the science behind the bounce while you craft your colourful new toy. We’ll also explore other fun science experiments throughout the day, and take some quiet time to colour, relax, and play in the centre — giving everyone a chance to recharge between activities.	$10.00 - + bring packed lunch
All Aboard for a Riverside Adventure	25-09-25	Thursday	Join us for a riverside adventure! We’ll travel together by bus to beautiful New Farm Park, where we’ll enjoy a relaxed BYO picnic lunch under the trees. After lunch, hop aboard the CityCat and take in Brisbane’s spectacular river views on a fun water adventure. We’ll finish the day exploring the history and charm of New Farm Park before heading home together.	Go Card + bring packed lunch or ) 0.50 cent fair
Art & Chill: Salt Painting & Movie Fun	26-09-25	Friday	Get creative and cosy! Unleash your inner artist with a fun DIY salt painting session, where colourful designs come to life with texture and sparkle. Afterwards, wind down with a relaxing movie day, snacks, and plenty of comfy spots to chill with friends.	$5.00 + bring packed lunch

Get crafty as you make your very own grass head to take home and watch grow, then roll up your sleeves in the kitchen to cook homemade pizzas and garlic bread. Roll, Ride & Refuel: Tenpin Day Out	30-09-25	Tuesday	Strike up some fun with us! For just $23.90, enjoy one game of bowling, your choice of a hot dog or nuggets, regular chips, a can of drink, and an exciting bumper car ride. We’ll travel together from our Beenleigh Centre to Logan Tenpin Bowling for a day of strikes, laughs, and good food — all included in one great package.	$23.90
Calm Energy Play Day	01-10-25	Wednesday	Step into a world of calm energy and creativity! Children will explore a magical Glow-in-the-Dark Chill Zone, create textured masterpieces at the Sensory Art Station, and channel their excitement into cooperative building at the Build & Balance Play area. This low-cost, centre-based day is designed to let kids move, create, and self-regulate at their own pace — perfect for little ones who are full of energy but easily overstimulated.	$5.00 - + bring packed lunch
Mega Play Day at Hercules Park	02-10-25	Thursday	Adventure Day at Hercules Park! Travel with us for a BBQ and play at one of Brisbane’s most exciting new playgrounds — Hercules Park. This huge, fully shaded adventure space features giant slides, wide yellow tunnels, repurposed shipping containers with cargo ropes and voice pipes, swings, and even water sprinklers to run through on hot days (bring a towel!). We’ll enjoy a relaxed BBQ together and give everyone time to climb, scramble, slide, and explore this unique playground before heading back to the centre.	$10.00 Lunch supplied
Holiday Wrap-Up Adventure	03-10-25	Friday	Join us for a treasure-filled day of fun! We’ll work together on an exciting treasure hunt at Duck Park, following clues and solving riddles to discover the hidden prize. After the hunt, everyone can bounce, swing and play on the park equipment to burn off some energy and enjoy time in the sun. We’ll then head back to the centre for games and a movie session as we officially wrap up our school holiday program — celebrating the memories we’ve made and the friendships we’ve built — before starting our next adventure on Monday.	$10.00 + bring packed lunch

All activities are delivered by 3 Minds QLD and are billed in line with the current NDIS Price Guide.

� Location:
All programs start and finish at:

� Hours of Support:
Standard program hours are 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, unless otherwise specified in the activity details.
Extended hours may be available on request and will be billed accordingly.

1:1 $421.38 or 1:2 $210.69

� Price Structure:

1:1 Support: $70.23 per hour
1:2 Support: $35.12 per hour
Travel: $1.00 per kilometre
- Travel for group outings is split between participants
- Additional transport (e.g. pick-up/drop-off) is charged per km, either at full rate for 1:1 or divided among those sharing transport

� Pick-Up & Drop-Off:
Available upon request at an additional cost. Please advise at time of booking.

* Early drop off to the centre or late pick ups with occur additional costs.

� Out-of-Pocket Expenses:
Some activities include a set fee for participation (e.g. tickets, snacks, materials). This amount is noted in the activity details and is not claimable under NDIS funding.

Any extra items participants may choose to buy (e.g. souvenirs, café food, personal purchases) are the responsibility of the participant or guardian.

Payment of all out-of-pocket expenses is required prior to attending and can be transferred directly to 3 Minds QLD.

We aim to offer a flexible, fun, and inclusive program that balances routine, creativity, and community engagement in a safe and supportive environment.
